Looking for ideas / topics, etc

What areas do you want to discuss / know more about / or even struggle with from a sales with integrity viewpoint...

Sure, we all say win / win... there is no other way right?  But when you are below quota, the pressure is on heavy, do you think that never enters into your sales life?  Never alters your judgement?  Never makes you exaggerate just a little, never makes you push a little harder than you should...?

  1. I sale my work as a stylist. I work with people daily. I sale them products all the time.
    I recommend what would look good on them and I have to say.
    a person who says, your the expert.... have caution,
    make them sign a paper they understand everything you have said
    and exactly what they want. lol.
    Use your people skills, you can read a person. Are they calm and cool. or are the energetic
    and nervous and ready for anything. Those are the ones to watch out for,
    cause reality hits them when they calm down. Get to know the personality with questions.
    make conversation. then you know what approach to take.
    If you trust your skills and your knowledge. Your great, but you need to be intouch with how
    the person is and if they are really accepting of what knowledge
    and approach you give, what you have to say and give.
    You can tell by the way a customer is holding themselves. Are they out to spend and frustrated..
    they will bring back a product. Do they say. I really need this ....but I have so many bills.
    Learn to know the personality and the mood and then you can sale to a good client that wont
    come back.
